The others call me “The Genius”! This is probably preferable to my self appointed title of “The Geek”.
I programme websites in lots of different web languages, adding interactive elements to static pages. I can create bespoke customer databases, specialist content management systems, interactive reports, on-demand file delivery systems, security applications, invoicing systems, and a multitude of whizzy things like that. Wow that was geeky – sorry!
I've been building websites ever since I was in secondary school, which is when I first became interested in harnessing the power of the internet. I obtained a 1st Class degree in Internet Systems at Aston University (Birmingham) and worked in the City prior to becoming a freelancer.
When I’m not working (when exactly is that!) I love watching motorsport and follow Formula One closely. I'm also a big fan of TV and radio comedy. I try and get outdoors when I can too - I enjoy mountain biking and playing football. I attempt to play golf now and again, but I think I need more practice at that!
